Personal Training Pricing

Individual Training – One-on-one

Individual training allows you to have the most focused and personalized instruction, coaching and feedback. It's all about you!

  • 1 to 12 sessions: $70 per session.
  • 13 to 24 sessions: $65 per session.
  • 25 or more sessions: $60 per session.

"Buddy Training" – Train with a friend

Do you like to work out with a friend? Then "buddy training" might be best for you.

  • 1 to 12 sessions: $105 per session ($52.50/person)
  • 13 to 24 sessions: $97.50 per session ($47.25/person)
  • 25 or more sessions: $90 per session ($45/person)

Payment Method

Payment for personal training sessions is made in advance by either cash or check (checks made pyable to JHM Fitness, Inc).

Group Class Pricing

Group kettlebell classes can be purchased through i.d. gym's i.d. cards. The i.d. card is good for either 6 or 12 day passes. The day pass gives you access to the group kettlebell classes (and any other group classes for the day!). The i.d. cards are available for purchase at the i.d. gym front desk. Payments can be made by cash, credit card, or check (checks made payable to i.d. gym).

Price: $108.00 for 6 passes ($18/day) or $180.00 for 12 passes ($15/day).
