Enjoy a peak physique in less time with in-depth personal training. With Fire Power Kettlebell personal training, you get a program that is built around your individual needs and goals. Looking for weight loss? Enhanced athletic performance? Re-building after an injury? Jennifer will teach you the right combination of effective and safe kettlebell exercises that will get you optimal results.

Be prepared for a motivational and effective workout! Each 1-hour session is scheduled according to your needs – flexible hours are available. One to three sessions per week are recommended, but more aggressive scheduling is available

Location

Personal training sessions take place at Goose Island Crossfit, located at 1750 N. Kingsbury, Chicago IL 60612. There is no requirement to be a member at Goose Island Crossfit if you are taking a personal training session with Jennifer.

The following amenities are available at Goose Island Crossfit:

  • Free parking
  • Shower and locker facilities
  • Child care (requires an additional hourly charge)

For clients who would prefer to work out of their home and/or office, Jennifer does provide in-home sessions on a limited basis.

Free One Hour Consultation

New clients receive a one-hour consultation, at no charge, which includes:

  • Review of health, exercise and injury history
  • Discussion of exercise goals
  • Body measurements
  • Functional movement screening
